Local Delivery
We are proud to serve our community with fresh, local delivery across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Because our product is raw, unpasteurized, and perishable, we handle every order with extreme care.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our kitchen in Opa-Locka:
- Immediate Area (Miami Gardens & Opa-Locka): $10.00 Flat Rate
- Wider Miami-Dade & Broward: $13.00 Flat Rate
- Free Delivery: All orders over $100 qualify for FREE local delivery.
Delivery Schedule & Tracking
- Crafted to Order: Generally, orders take approximately two hours to craft and deliver from the moment they are processed.
- Scheduling: We will communicate directly with you to confirm a delivery window that fits your schedule.
- Contactless: All deliveries can be contactless upon request. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a cooler, as the juice must be refrigerated immediately.
Important Note: We do not ship via carriers (UPS/FedEx) at this time. We only offer local private delivery to ensure peak freshness.
Local Pickup
Prefer to grab your juice on the go? We offer convenient pickup options at our Opa-Locka location.
Curbside Pickup
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. When you arrive, simply text or call us, and we will bring your sealed order directly to your car.
In-Store Pickup
Come on in! If the lights are on, we are open. Please have your name and order number ready so we can get you on your way quickly.
Return & Refund Policy
Freshness Guarantee
JuiceDefined, LLC is committed to offering quality products at an exceptional value. Our goal is to ensure that our products meet or exceed your expectations.
Perishable Goods (Juice)
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fresh juice once it has left our possession.
- All juice sales are final.
- We are not responsible for juice left unrefrigerated or not consumed within the recommended time frame (72 hours).
- If there is an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged bottle), please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right.
Merchandise & Apparel
Unworn merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition.
Digital Products All e-books and digital manuals are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on any digital materials once they have been downloaded.
