This cleanse includes five half gallon (64oz) juices from our menu: two Swamp Water and three Sweet Heat. This cleanse is a great reset and effective way to boost your immune system by increasing intake of vitamin C, antibacterial and antiviral ingredients. A simple digital instruction card will be available for download for your convenience to assist you through the duration of the cleanse. Please be aware that you may experience some detox symptoms, including but not limited to headache, hunger pangs, bowel movements, weight loss and mood swings.

I’m on day 3….and I have no complaints. The juices are delicious and it doesn’t feel like you’re on a “cleanse.” As with any detox and/or fast….the headache and hunger pangs are present. However, it doesn’t last throughout the cleanse. I am extremely glad that the bloating and gassy-ness I normally have….has subsided. I’m looking forward to my end results.
